You need to ensure you have a 10-bit capable monitor before you worry about the video player, otherwise its pointless, just like all those YT comparison 8-bit v 10-bit videos, since YT compresses them to view in 8-bit anyway. I wasn't being a jackass, only 5-7% of people have monitors that support 10-bit, and its mostly used in industry - such as CAD/CAM occupations.
