TV Anime 'Cutie Honey Universe' Announces Additional Cast Members

The official website for the upcoming Cutie Honey Universe TV anime has announced additional cast members. Yui Horie, who previously voiced the heroine Honey Kisaragi in Re: Cutey Honey, will be voicing the heroine's friend in this version of the franchise. In addition to the cast members, the website also announced that luz will perform the ending theme song. Animated by Production Reed, the anime will broadcast on Sundays at 9:00 p.m. via AT-X, followed by Tokyo MX and BS11 starting on April 8.

This version will also repeat the original storyline as the new Devilman? Or do they plan a completely new story?

I'm not all that familiar with the studio for this but I have to say I'm really liking what I've seen so far.

Hmmm...

I really like how they perfectly combine old school and today anime style, so to speak.

Also, I little bit ago, I found there was Misty Honey in one of previous Cutey Honey titles.

That being said, I really should start Nagai marathon of everything available with english subtitles, and watch it in order of release.

most of go nagai manga is lecenced and really few is fantranslated in the internet... pretty sure the sequel devilman just recently started to get fantranslated.... well, the struggle reading old manga...
