| Lately, I've been watching YouTube videos of reenactors, and it looks awesome, many of them look like genuine German soldiers. And it looks like fun social gatherings, what are your views.  |

| The only war reenactments we have here are for the US Civil War. I heard once that directors making a Civil War movie once decided to give Confederate reenactors auditions for background characters but most failed because they were fat lardasses. Some war reenactments do sound fun though, especially milsim/airsoft for more modern conflicts and HEMA/LARP for ancient/medieval wars. |
