| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- I actually like winter for the same reasons, even though from where I live we only have 2 seasons (dry and rainy). Seriously though this chapter is just way to short even for its average page length. I mean c'mon! 4 pages?! Even 4-koma manga have more pages than that. So this is explicitly named an arc, so I expect for plot to come out of this date, rather as a passing filler. Here's hoping. Its the first time I see someone being actively conscious on taking the car side. I'm no gentleman but I think thats basic courtesy you just do unconsciously. Neji is being overly conscious on dating Misaki at this point that I feel hes gonna burn himself out, then someone would have to pull him back in. Thats just a thought though. I wonder where the hell they're going anyway |

There is strong implications that Igarashi might have done this, but as for the reason why, we still don't know, we only know from her that it was to protect misaki or something. As for Misaki still not getting a notice, I don't think its that uncommon, I remember they say that guys get their notices earlier than girls. Its not a hard rule that you'll get your notice at 16. I think Lilina is a year older than Neji, given by she said that he's a grade lower than him. As for Nisaka, he's birthday is in december so he has yet to receive a notice, though his questionable close links to the ministry is still a mystery |

Well guys getting partnered with women older than them are more common. A girl has to wait a little longer after they turn 16 to get their notice because their partner has yet to come that age. I'm not saying that there is no one-to-one correlation between getting notices, but there is some disparity on how much time you have to wait to get your notice when you reach 16 |

They are two sides of the the coin, that theory doesn't makes any sense. yeah i remember that one of neji classmate (the big girl) she's talking about her notice to both nejima and misaki, and she told them that her partner is 5 years older (i guess) that means the government has already run their experiment to the couples before they were 16, and yes BOTH of them received the notice at the same time when they reached 16 (it doesnt matter if the guy/girl is older they will have to wait until their partner is 16) i guess i make another assumption here... we still didnt know misaki and nisaka age right?? so i'm assuming that they both still underage/their arranged partner is still underage which makes them both still didnt get their notice (that makes sense right??) I just assume that glitched message Neji got is meant to be the official one but got hacked and change. As far as I know you get a notice by mail first then the official documents. Lilina got her notice first by mail when she first appeared, and I assume Neji was meant to as well, I think the mail thing is just to alert you that you have your notice already, like a notification when there is a new video on your sub box. As far as Nisaka and Misaki's ages though, I think Nisaka is the only one underage. they say his birthday is in december which is the time he will turn 16, Neji has speculated in the past that Misaki has gotten her notice when officials visited her house, so she is at that age where she could get her notice. It might be entirely possible that Nisaka and Misaki are meant to be partners then, They are just waiting for Nisaka to turn 16. |
