Sweet, Sour, Bitter, Salty and Umami are the 5 types of taste which respond to 5 different taste receptors in our mouths. You can google the definition yourself, anyone can to see you're full of shit so I don't know what you have to gain by pretending this isn't the case. It's both a culinary and a scientific term for exactly what I just mentioned. Saying something isn't true without any basis doesn't make it so ffs. At least pretend to have any arguments when you're accusing reality of being a lie. |
