| 30 hours in and I'm at the third dungeon. I made it to the key that opens the doors... but I decided to go back and see if the key works on the other locked doors and I got ambushed and insta-killed... and now I'm back at the entrance of the palace, lol. Luckily I wasn't pushed that far back, but I stopped playing there since I was tired. Too bad I didn't have time to play the game today, even though I really want to, since all I ever think about is Persona. If the game keeps the same quality for the rest of the game, this will easily end up being my favorite Persona game. Hopefully I can max out all confidants in one playthrough :D |

I have beaten 4 Palaces and I am in the middle of the 5th one. Still I think that the Bank got the best music and design although the Pyramid had an amazing sad and nostalgic song. I almost got Kawakami and Takemi Confidant finished. It's time for the hardest decision of a man who doesn't like harem... pick the main girl... BTW I am a little sad that the developers didn't pushed and made Nijima and Hifumi part of the Thieves. It would be cool to have them in the team. |
| After I lost data and have to restart the game again, I played in Easy mode. I progress way faster than in Normal. I used to spend almost my whole day to complete one Palace but I can play casually and still do the same. I guess skipping dialouge and knowing the Palace's structure play a part too. |

| I've only been grinding in Mementos, and even then I haven't grinded very much, and it's also only been on the toughest enemies I could face. Generally whenever I checked I was always 1 below the average player level, though somehow I surpassed it recently. I'm sure I've gone back down though since I've been avoiding a lot of enemies in the latest dungeon I'm in. |
| True, but this only happens on way lower-leveled Shadows, which aren't worth fighting for if you're planning on grinding. |

| A little late on this but new DLCs are up. Izanagi and Orpheus are available at 2.99 USD and the P3 and P4 costume set at 6.99 each. Also the free P5 school set so you can wear their school uniforms. Not sure what other DLC are upcoming, I know there's a Catherine outfit DLC but aside from that... |

| Just finished this game today clocked in about 100 hrs even on my 1st playthrough on normal, didn't get a single 10 rank outside the story LUL (too busy doing books/games/fishing/stat raising) Really good overall for a persona game, aesthetically it's just really damn polished and beautiful. Probably the best one and my favorite one out of the 5 titles. I think I liked Nocturne a little bit more though still.. and would still put some FFs and some older games above this one still (link to the past, secret of mana, chrono trigger, etc. etc.) based on some nostalgia and personal interest/fun factor around their conceptions. The talking with demons part though could've been a bit better, I still liked P1's monster talking better even though there are a lot of similarities. The ending was really lackluster though tbh, but the revamped dungeons were so well done, props to atlus. Probably wont' do a 2nd run through of the game even though I had originally planned too... just not enough time and motivation for me to go through the entire game again for a few social link cutscenes. I'll youtube them one day. Feels like I haven't played a good JRPG in years but this one was really polished which was refreshing to play. Think I'm looking more forward to their new fantasy RPG IP coming out, hopefully they can enter into a new type of setting. Seems like it has to do with some fantasy medieval stuff? Imagine this kind of polished game but in that kind of setting with a less pop-ish feel, that would be really interesting to see. |
| Finally finished this game. The game is overall a masterpiece, but the ending was ok. Wish it expanded further rather than going the original persona 4 route, . Hopefully we either get story DLC or an expansion of Persona 5, (That's not a 2d fighting game or rythm game) Maybe even a Persona 5 golden, I'd buy it without hesitating. |

It's true that the best Social Link are the ones with adults. The Sun and The Hiero. are pretty touching SL, while the kids SL are just kinda ok. Until know I have finished 5 SL: The Death, The Moon, The Temper., The Priesstess and the Emperor. I am in 18 Nov and never started The Fortune, silly me that's the one you want if the goel is to end all the SL. Ryoji needs to take his chill pills regularly, the guy is a hurricane of emotions. |
