there are three types of Antagonist's that I am looking for

-the Joker(Batman)/ Handsome Jack(Borderlands) Antagonist

who are just outright enjoyable to watch because of their personality's and what they do throughout the story.

-the Kira Yoshikage (Jojo bizarre adventure)/ Stain(my hero academia) Antagonist

in where you understand why they are doing the deeds that they are doing even though you may not agree with them at times

and lastly the Antagonist who you sort of want to win against the protagonist due to the ideals that are fighting for or how enjoyable they are.

Thanks
(sorry for spelling and gammar)

Archer from Fate/Zero may be able to provide you with that.

Hisoka really is the "god" antagonist fr.

'Pandora Hearts' has some of the most original and multi-faceted 'villians' and 'heroes' I've ever seen. For much of the story, there is even no clear antagonist, as each suspicious individual is shown one by one to be pure-hearted in some way. I don't want to spoil anything but you need to read the manga (rather than the anime which is ok) though to fully appreciate the suspense, mystery, action, and down right awesomeness the characters & story offers.

'Zetsuen no Tempest' and 'Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom' are also great anime that have some interesting 'morally grey' yet likeable characters.

This might help you in your searches too! https://myanimelist.net/featured/1950/Sympathetic_Anime_Villains_You_Cant_Help_But_Root_For
