I hope his name was force changed to appeal to the audience and not offend anyone. |

| I'm atheist, I even find the word God offensive. Don't worry to much about them, unless the site itself restricts certain usernames there's nothing much that can be done. It may be offensive to you but what about religions that do have more Gods? If it's a site specially for Christians then maybe you could talk it out with that person otherwise chances are that the person belongs to some other religion. Or the simplest of explanations, people consider it cool to add x or z (whichever sounds better) to their user names. If the site doesn't allow duplicate user names then they could have just added the z because God was already taken as someone mentioned earlier. |

And if I did, responding directly is the worst thing I could do. Nobody does something like that without the intention of trolling. As an aside, OP's example gets a 0/10. Anyone that easily offended would be best served by never using the internet. "Redskins_Fan" is objectively more offensive, and still doesn't even come close to qualifying. |

But if you are, I think that you are way out of line and that you are overreacting. I am an atheist, but I just can't see why you would get so mad over a name on a forum. It's not like he is trying to lambast your faith with his username. | One of the saddest things about the modern world is that even in 2018, people have not realized the error of their ways and this still continues to be a problem. I ask of us fellow anime watchers, when will we stand up against this nonsensical acts of spreading nothing but hatred. Godz is still one of the most offensive names I have heard on a website and it really pains me that nothing is being done about it. |
