I mean, whenever I make posts, then you people comment on it, this is shameful but I have to admit, I feel really good and smile like an idiot while saying to myself " Ahhhh, someone noticed me. A pitiful human being like me got noticed. This feels so good.". Even if the comment is good or bad, I don't care. I appreciate all of it. The feeling is just so heartwarming. | I have kind of shitty self-esteem so whenever someone is really rude to me on the internet I usually think about it all day lol I'm not proud of it. I have no problem with being proved wrong in debates and stuff because yes I'm 17 with not as much life experience and education as other people and yes I don't know everything about anything, but when people are like "Well you're a fucking retard because you don't like bananas Tharja. | Oh, I guess I never answered your question. If MAL doesn't notice me? Eh, is someone responding with a shitpost or one liner an better than being ignored? Not really. When I attempt to explain why I feel a certain way about something, and people agree with me, or give me some indication that they understand my perspective I'm happy about that sometimes. Like a few months ago someone was asking why anyone would think KLK has depth, or saying it doesn't have any, I don't really remember, but it was something like that, and I explained the things in the show that made me think it did. They said they understood where people with that opinion were coming from now, which I liked. Flip that around, another user explained why he thought Sword Art Online is a good show, and his argument actually made sense. It didn't change my opinion of it, but that's not the point, now I can understand where at least one of its fans is coming from and that's really why I'm here tbh, to here people explain different opinions than my own, or to explain any opinion at all, I like hearing people articulate their points, no matter what the opinion is. But people posting nonsense? Simply agreeing without exchanging any further information? That doesn't do much for me, so MAL senpai noticing me only really matters when one of it's users has something interesting to say. |

| If I wanted people to pay attention to me I would just expose who I really am to them. I've basically been living in fear of attention my whole life. I shaved my legs into zettai ryouiki today so they would look shaved with thigh highs but look normal when I wear shorts. People seem to treat cross dressing as something weirder than being gay so I think it was a safe choice. |

| Getting ignored in real life makes me want to roll my eyes and just walk away or fall asleep somewhere. As for the internet, despair fills my soul every passing minute I get denied of at least a little consideration(+despair if there's hate comments, makes me feel a little worthless :'/ ) I rejoice when someone wastes their net time on me tho. |

Not having the world's attention centered on me legit just makes me feel out of place.
