Will Aria defend her title, or will there be a crowning of the new Kalos Queen? asdf dude the preview and the today episode's title already spoiled us the winner of the semifinals xD (as if the opening of Pokemon/Naruto is not enough to spoil us lol). was nice overall the episode, like Jessie's and Serena's (the final one, the flower was unexpected and interesting) sad that Elle's wasn't completed displayed, I no feel agreed that she won by that. lol the preview of next episode looks so funny xD (and yay, more Alan vs Ash) edit: oh dude sorry for answer ur question in the last episode, no quoting my response no gives me the notification xD (yeah I would set notifications for the thread but no want fill my email lol) |

If you're talking about Japanese episode title, yes, I know that it spoils a bit (long before I made this thread), even though I'm not sure if US episode title would do the same, sooo I'll just leave it at that :p And both Serena, Shauna and Jessie are doing pretty good, Aria's performance are also stunning for sure. For anyone who viewed the episode in Japanese... well if someone wants to comment in this thread then they should already watched the episode xD but true, maybe the US version have a different title (is like 16 episodes behind the japanese one). the problem of Elle's one is that the "camera" start to focus on other stuff (like on Serena or the TV screens) during her perfomance, so no looks convincing her victory in my opinion. |

I can imagine ash telling serena "don't worry, I lost 5 leagues in a row." Rip all other side characters. Rip Serena's rivals. Rip host. We might not see them ever again. (wonder how much a Yashio's limo cost if a bike cost 1m) |
| I knew Serena was going to lose...I mean it was kinda obvious, but I enjoyed her performance so much. It felt like she did the best she could, but Elle is simply in another level (showing a little more of her performance would have been very nice though). Btw Dori Dori remix was fucking awesome, I just can't get bored of that song. |

| Great episode. The performance of Shauna was the badest for me, and the performance of Jessie was the best but we know that Jessie can't win because she's the "antagonist". Low point for the amourshipping: Serena will go with Palermo when XYZ finishes, I hope she go with Ash to an another region or, according to rumors, to Kalos Sur, but I don't know. Love the previews, I'm waiting for Ash vs Alan again! |
| what's Kalos Sur? Is it the south side of Kalos, b/c I know that Kalos is based off of northern france |

| IKR. The writers trolled us so hard. She did a much better performance, but Elle only won b/c of her popularity status while Serena lost b/c she's a new face. Also I hope Gen VII is based off of southern Kalos, b/c then Serena can stay longer with Ash. Aslo, some people believe it to be off of Spain since in real life France and Spain are next to eachother and the creator of the pokemon games recently took a trip to Spain to get ideas on the next region. That's what I've heard online |

| I wanted to see Serena win but oh well she did a fantastic job out there. 1st try and she made it to the final, that's remarkable. Elle's performance was quite short which is a shame because it makes her win less spectacular. For Serena did loss served as a stepping stone for better things in her journey. Kudos to Sylveon, catched Serena before she injured her mand, she sure has great chemistry with her team. Overall I'd give the tournament a 7/10, would have been better to just pace the Master Class arc slowly. |

| Ah, this episode just made me realize how much i'll miss Serena and this grouping in particular. I just can't imagine i'll like seeing them replaced one day. Which really speaks to how much Pokemon XY improved over that last few iterations of Pokemon. Serena was pretty good, shame they didn't really show Elle completely I wanted to see what made her so special. Overall I think that's a good wrap on the performances for now. Was an enjoyable story that didn't feel like filler side story, I actually enjoyed Serena's development. |

| loool what a biased crowd. Elle's performance was asscheeks, Serena had a lot more in hers wtf. I think this episode pretty much confirms that Serena ain't sticking around too long after the Kalos League (cause of what that old lady offered) which is a shame tbh. Really thought they'd keep her, oh well. |

| Actually Elle's performance was pretty good, if you look in between all the screen swapping, Elle's performance basically showed her as a fairy (it was the reason why the audience stood up and was blushing at Elle), we just had to look at the performance from a faraway blurry view unlike the Serena close ups and extra light effects. And yes... Serena's life force is all sucked out like all the previous girls Ash comes in contact with. Next Girl in line please, who's ready to lose their soul? |

| It was obvious she was going to lose, Serena can't win the Kalos Queen or else she would have to leave the group. Will probably find some other competitions in other regions at the end of this season or something. Hopefully she'll stay with Ash a while longer but who knows. Edit: Yeah seeing that she was offered and her denying it, she isn't going to stick around after this season ends. RIP :( I was hoping for the ship to keep sailing. |

| Well, I guess that means Palermo will be Serena's ticket out of the series, then. Once Ash decides to travel to Alola, Serena won't follow because she wants to be Kalos Queen, so she'll call that number after Ash sets off. Too bad though, I'm gonna miss her and I liked them as a couple. And of course Clemont will stay for his Gym, and Bonnie won't leave without him. I'll miss them... Serena's performance was the best! I wish we could have seen all of Aria's though. I wish performances in general were longer. They're so short... Jessie sure has matured! She didn't even get angry. Jessie's actually a great performer now. Her vine thing was awesome!! |
| I wish they would've shown all of Aria's performance but from what I saw of it, I definitely thought that Serena's performance was better! Aria's was pretty good but again, I think it was just down to the fact she was already popular that she won! If this means the end for Serena just so she can stay to be Kalos Queen then that's sad, she should've won and continued her journey with Ash ... but she did say she wanted to do that instead of train with that woman so maybe she will continue with him ... I mean Ash travels to different regions all the time, she could easily go back to Kalos after. Yes, Jessie was also great and quite mature! |

I was disappointed in Elle's performance. Damn team just wanted to show off what Serena lacked. I see they played DoriDori during Serena's performance again. Hope that means we get to hear Volt again. Goodbye, Millefeui. I hope the next time we see you, you'll be Milfy. :) Goodbye to my potential waifu's who showed up at the Master Class. I didn't expect you to make it. It was good seeing you one last time. Serena's future plans are obviously decided. Nice special ED for Serena with DoriDori. |

| It would be better if the last competition was a pokemon battle instead of a performance >.< It was obvious that serena was going to lose since people sometimes are afraid of changes... and if they are happy with the current Queen then, why changing her? |

| It was obvious that Serena had no chance of winning but I'm ok with this. After 800 episodes you just know what the writing of Pokemon is like. Tbh. I see no chance of Satoshi winning the Kalos League either, no matter what good team members he has. |
| Wow, Musashi... err, Musavie deserved to make the finals but of course she didn't. Loved the use of Team Rocket's Team Song during her segment. But of course Serena doesn't end up winning in the end since Pokemon doesn't make anything that easy, which I really don't think is too terrible a thing. I have a feeling it's going to take her 27 or so episodes to decide to go with the Yashio, I dunno why.... Team Rocket was adorable again at the end, though I'm surprised it was implied they have any money. |

| Serena had no chance. She's just a noobie trying to go up the ranks with so little fan base while Aria has so many fans . I knew she would lose because of that statistic. Arira is just too Cheerful and positive and Popular , yeah. Serena did good tho making it to the top. That itself is a big achievement. GG! |
| Solid episode yet again. Performances albeit short were nice and some really good character development for Serena. |
