download MkvToolnix - https://www.bunkus.org/videotools/mkvtoolnix/downloads.html#windows
then open MkvToolnix and load that 07-Ghost anime episode 5 video and then go to "Attachments" tab of MkvToolnix to know the font it has

this is only possible if the subs are soft subs

its not possible with MkvToolnix then since you describe it as hardsubs

try asking the fansubbers of that anime

Another way albeit longer is to use mkv extract and some sub editor like aegisub .
Place that episode in mkv extract if they are soft subs you will see them on list.
After that just drag them to Aegisub main window and look for edit button .

Edit just noticed that you found out they are hard subbed bad luck then :/

There is a way to handle hard subs and remove them but it would take much more effort and i didnt tried method myself.

Yep hard subs can be pain in general it is adviced to re-encode whole video if someone for whatever reason wants video without subs in it.

But that is not the case here so. And method for removing them without re encode i didnt tried but i know what it is about .

A simple fast way if you use MPC-HC is open the video, right click go properties>Resources tab and it shows you a list of all the fonts used, you can even directly save the font to your hdd from there

You have to make an account, but the people at dafont forums are usually good at identifying fonts, if they actually get to doing it.
