In English/Japanese the series is available up to Volume 3. Bundled in two bilingual volumes covering up to chapter 17 - but that second volume came out on February 23, 2012 and I'm not aware if Kodansha has plans to release the remaining chapters in this series ...

Different scanlators are currently working on chapters 49 through 86 and the most recent chapters.
For the time being there are blogs and forum comments with summaries. Some based on Chinese translations.

Not quite the same but ...
Manga chapters 1 through 49 were adapted for the first season of the animated series.
The adaptation of manga chapters 49 through 93 corresponds with the 25 regular episodes of the second season.
Both are available with English subtitles.
