| Have you ever woken up at night and gone through your usual routine because you thought it was early in the morning? I'm sure night-shift workers aren't the only people who have gone through this. (Could happen to alcoholics too.) I took a nap once around 6 PM one time because I wanted to be well-rested for my night shift job. I ended up sleeping for more than an hour and took a shower before I realized it was nighttime. Third shift can mess up your schedule, even for someone who was used to staying up until 12 or 1 AM. |
| Not in that particular context, but waking up in the middle of the night is pretty amazing because you realise you get to sleep more. :D |

| It happened to me a few times during the summer break. I wake up at around 7 pm and all the lights are on so I assume it's the morning. This is during the summer so the sun is still out for another 1-2 hours. |
