| Don't really like the humor mixed in with the fighting/serious moments. Overall, good chapter. |
| This manga would be very good without the overwhelming comical reliefs. Even during battles there are silly drawings and sketches, it’s like reading a parody that doesn’t want to take himself too seriously. |

| Izumi and Sig's rescue of Alphonse is so much better for highlighting her skills in the manga than Brotherhood. Disappointing we don't see her as much. I don't remember if the 2003 anime included this. |
