Hello there fellow club memebers ^_^ So this should be interesting :D Im not sure about you guys about i personally use this nick basically everywhere. Some of you have probably bounded to your nickname too! This is the place to talk about how and why you came to pick your nickname or nicknames if you have more than one. Im sure everyone would love to learn a bit more about each other and so why not start here. So i guess ill start off. So this story begins a long time ago and it started with a game, called Starcraft. So starcraft is a computer game and old one at that (1998) and it was my very first game i had ever played and i was intrigued by, and its popularity back in the day. There was also a professional scene where progamers battled it out for championships, prize, glory, respect its was wonderful. ^_^ As soon as i found out about the professional scene i dreamed to be part of it, to be part of the legends that played the game. They had names like "Boxer" "Yellow" "Reach" "Bisu" "Flash" all these cool one word names, so i was like: well im gonna choose a cool one letter name like that! SHOCK but that was taken ;_; hahaha so i add the number 7/10 in memory of an old friend. Though i do like to be called as Shock, plus saves u from type 3 numbers hahahaha XD anyway ill be glad to hear the stories you guys have to share!! |
| I don't have any nickname but i do wish i have. If i had to choose a nickname i my choose Mel or Hope XD (Mel short for Melody) If you want to know where merhope12 evolved from It's easy. When i was littler i was obsessed with mermaids because i love the ocean and mysticall beings XD thats wher mer came from XD I always like the name hope since it has a nice ring to it XD so thats Merhope while 12 was my age when i started using it Merhope12 (=^_^=) never changed it since XD  |

| my turn. forholywar is something i got from Ragnarok Online. back in my years playing RO was much fun with my character as Defender or can be called Crusader. this crusader have mission, preparing for the next ragnarok, or so called holy war. that's my nick came from. when you see forholywar on other forum or other website, that's me :D |

| My username is less original than yours xP It's made into 2 parts: - "ptite" comes from "petite" which means "little" in my language (french) - and "juju" is a short form of my real name. That's all xD I do use it for more than 7 years now. I sometimes use "sawako" or "sawako27" in other forum because I love Sawako from Kimi ni Todoke <3 (she is a bit like me ^^) One friend here use a nickname for me: "eevee-chin" because I love the pokemon Eevee xDD |

| My nickname supposed to be Mtz meaning "MeetTheZero" I created it when i was playing Counter strike like 5 or 6 years ago,and this thing happened... when i was changing my nickname my letter z got stuck (i dont know how) and it kept pressing,Then my nicname became mTzzzzzzz (lol really) And I carry it around today. | Smosism was the fruit of a boring Portuguese class In Portuguese, verbs are a lot more difficult than the ones in English, specially conjugation. every personal pronoun has a different conjugation, which makes verbs one of the hardest parts of Portuguese to a foreigner. Verbs here are usually separated in 3 classes: -The ones ending with -ar(like verb Cantar/to sing) -The ones ending with -er(like verb Comer/to eat) -The ones ending with -ir(like verb Abrir/to open) to understand how Smosism is formed, we need to conjugate a verb ending with -ar on the present. Verb Cantar/To sing: Eu Canto | I sing Tu Cantas | You sing Ele Canta | He sings Ela Canta | She sings ----------- | It sings(There's no 'It' in Portuguese) Nós Cantamos | We sing Vós Cantais | You sing Eles Cantam | They sing The bold letters/syllables are knows as suffix of gender and number in Portuguese. Smosism is just a word formed after putting these suffixes together~ The correct way to pronounce it would be Smo(as in smoke)-zism. | Not sure about you guys but my nickname has evolved several times. From Enigma to IAmAddonexus to CrimsonScythe and its final form; CrimsonWhite. First part of my nickname is "Crimson", I've always wanted a cool nickname and "Crimson" sounds cool. Second part is "White", this part comes from No Game No Life, the little sister "Shiro" whose name means "White" in English. Put these two together and you get "CrimsonWhite". The fact that they're both colors was a bonus. :D |

| Just joined the club today! All of my online nicknames come from stuff that I listen to. The current name I'm using is pretty new for me. A more common one (and the one before this one) is holyvacant, from the album "Holy Vacants" by Trophy Scars. They've been a personal favorite of mine for years, but ironically I chose the name before the album actually came out and ended up not being very into it.. The current one may require a little back story.. So aside from enjoying romantic comedy/drama anime, I record and perform as solo power electronics act. Power Electronics is a sub-genre of noise and an off-shoot of industrial music dating back to the early 80s. Think eerie atmospheres, yelled vocals covered in effects, etc. I listen to very few artists in this style because very few of them can create a mood and atmosphere that I like. One exception is Gaze Campaign from Japan. The album "Gestalt Bruise" was released in 2008 but the recording style and execution captures the atmosphere of artists from the 80s and early 90s perfectly to me. Making noise and writing lyrics to yell over noise is cathartic to me, though I can only handle it as a listener in pretty small doses. "Gestalt Bruise" by Gaze Campaign has been the only noise album I've been able to listen to all the way through (~54 minutes). Sorry if this is a lot.. and really weird. |

| my nickname well.. it was AkiraLollipop before I change it to sky97 :) AkiraLollipop = I love 'Ákira' name so much idk why and so I add the 'lollipop' bc I like candy xD oh AkiraLollipop is my wattpad acc too :3 bcause the name is too long, and I was kinda inactive back at 2013 - 2016.. somehow I start to become active at MAL in the middle of 2016..around June I think. I was so bored with that name so I change it to sky97 :) sky97 = I love sky x3 and 97 is my birth year so that's it :) btw my oc nickname is sky so yea lol |

| It was chosen very randomly. It was the first thing that came to my head. I considered making it RitemoKuroma, I believe. I thought of my interests, and yaoi stuck with me. Yaoi would be a lame username. I thought of Yaoifanatic, but it wasn't memorable enough. I settled with YaoiMaster, instead. I refuse to change my username to anything else. It represents who I am, what I like. |
