| I definitely think Shippuden isn't doing the manga justice in this arc... for example, the music is effing TERRIBLE... they're using the same tracks as from the filler... so gay. Also, the pacing is ridiculously slow... I guess we just have to accept that Naruto Shippudenn will never be at the same pace as the original Naruto. Oh well... I'll still watch, it's a good recap of the story... but I enjoy reading the manga a lot more. p.s. in the ED (the ending theme), there is a love umbrella at the END of the ED after Sakura runs on the beach... can anyone read what the two names under that love umbrella are? It may be interesting. |

| this was an ok episode. The pacing of this episode was incredibly slow. The backstory of Jugo was fine but it was too long to take up the whole episode. Well at least the hour special of Kakashi Gaiden will be on next week so thats something to look forward to. |

| Veeeeeery slow. But Sasuke was amazing when he stopped Suigetsu and Jugo. I had the same look on my face as Karin. <333 Suigetsu is hilarious, i love him. And i never realized how sweet Jugo was in the manga. And Karin is still a hoe. hehe. :) ily Sasuke. Go Hebi, Go!! |

| Best part of 118 is knowing that Kakashi flashback arc is starting next week. Can't wait to see mini kakashi and the 4th in action. |

| My thoughts today: I'm disappointed that they made us skip a week and then put out a normal episode. I wanted them to make up lost time with a special. I think it's cute that Jugo is friends with the woodland animals. Just like Sleeping Beauty. X D Karin is hilarious. I don't care what anyone says, I like her. The cheezy-ass Western music that carried over from Bonds has got to go. However, I've been so happy with Sasuke having so much air time for the first time in AGES, that a bit of shitty music isn't too big of a price to pay. Kishimoto already has a plan for Karin, Suigetsu, and Juugo's past, but I guess we'll never get to see that animated considering the animators fucked that up. Though, even if we did get to see their actual past animated, the shit music and animation would ruin that. And why are their fillers still? As if you need more distance between the manga! |

| I like this eisode actually, i felt development, maybe because of the proceedings now that they are going to hunt Itachi, can't wait to see some character development on the special, that is one of the good aspects of Naruto the story telling! |
| So what's the deal, were these fillers or not? I thought they were, but some comments here make me think otherwise. Karin and Suigetsu don't seem to fit, like the other filler characters, they seem out of place. Jugo 'could' be 'real' though. Anyway, what's the deal? |

After the Guren filler we came back to the real storyline. Sasuke's team members are in the manga, they are his constant companions from here out. It's weird though because they are throwing some filler material into these episodes. For example, the whole Kimimaro and Jugo becoming friends scenes I don't remember from the manga. They do have that relationship, but it doesn't go into so much detail. Of course, it's been a while since I read that part of the manga too... |

| Am starting to thing that the animators of this show are small kids. Just watch how they made Kinimaro walking to the cave to find Juugo looked. They couldn't even draw a prober side angle. Completely ridiculous. Right now Naruto must have the most terrible art and animation than any other anime being made. Everything is being drawn with the most simple way possible from the hair, clothes and shadows and the way they walk and move is terrible. A Complete fail. Also i wonder why they didn't show the last scene with Itachi saying that a storm is coming like in the manga. That's a perfect way to end an episode. |

He's going to hunt Itachi down and it will be easier for him to do so with a small team than by himself. He doesnt need suigetsu or jugo, they wont be any help when killing itachi anyway, and even if they actually COULD help, sasuke wouldnt allow it. Well then you can take up your complaints with Masashi Kishimoto, because that's how he wrote the manga. And of course he wants to kill Itachi on his own, but having a team will help him get to Itachi in the first place. |

| This was definitely not a filler episode. Sure we have a little back story for the new characters but that's just fine. Team HEBI is finally installed. Next week... Kakashi Gaiden. We have been waiting for so long! xD |
| Team Hebi.. Such a badass team sasuke put together. Sasuke keeps impressing me every episode, by showing off his powers. 5/5 i loved it, im ready to see how this turns out. |

I can imagine Sakura writing it, then getting embarrassed and thinking "nah, it'll never happen", then scratching out Sasuke's name and going for a run on the beach. Or else, Naruto could have found it and did the scratching for obvious reasons, though you might expect him to have written his own name in Sasuke's place... Wow, all that speculation just for a screen in the ED... |
| It can be just me, but it seems the animation was better this time...at some point, but it is still far away from the old Naruto. Also the progressing of the plot is really really slow. I can't wait for the Kakashi gaiden being animated, at least we'll get some good parts. |
