| Bartender has a lovely jazz soundtrack by pianist and composer Ootake Kaoruku. You can see her with her then-partner (as the duo "Natural High") in the mirror during the ED. Like the show it's pretty sentimental, but I think it blends well with the content. You can imagine Ootake noodling on the piano in a corner of Bar Eden Hall. One of my favorite transitions occurs about 2/3 of the way through episode two, when Ryuu figures out the liquor Miwa is asking about. The music changes key and character as he decides. I've also taken a liking to the soundtrack for Shirobako. It's pretty varied and also well-suited to the material. I especially like the upbeat tracks that play when tense events occur. |

| definitely seconding shigatsu wa kimi no uso!! great soundtrack by Masaru Yokoyama (quick examples of this great sountrack are: -Yuujin A-kun wo Watashi no Bansousha ni Ninmeishimasu -My truth - Rondo Capriccioso) also psycho pass - soundtrack by kanno yugo (quick examples: -Inochi no Arikata -psycho-pass theme) i study this so the first things i focus automatically on every anime is how the soundtrack blends with the animation/scenes |
