| Someone at another site was like "OMG OGRISH IS LIEK THE MOAST DISTURBING SITE EVAR DON'T CHECK IT OUT UNLESS YOU WANT TO CRY YOURSELF TO SLEEP". Not that disturbing. And with the video quality I could barely tell what was going on anyway. A really not that shocking shock site. And I've seen some images on the internet that not only will I never get used to, they'll haunt me for life. |

Ogrish as a site died in like 2006, and was replaced by Liveleak, which is more watered down and suited to the general audience (more failed drunken stunts [e.g. off roof onto trampoline] and less beheadings). Still, most videos are taken from video cameras and phones in the crowd, so video quality is variable. Watch the beheading in Chechnya, though, those are pretty disturbing and high-quality. |

| I always thought rotten.com's content was more distasteful than Ogrish, in general. Both contain things that everybody should see, though; I don't think people should be sheltered from reality, so such websites have their place. |
