The "Green Bull" Admiral: Ryokugyu

Ryokugyu is the alias of an admiral in the Marines. Ryokugyu was briefly mentioned by Doflamingo whilst talking to Fujitora (Chapter 723).

Ryokugyu and Fujitora were stated by Doflamingo to be true beasts in terms of power



You see there is a pattern with the Admiral's in ONE PIECE they all have a Logia type devil fruit and a Color+Animallike:

Akainu (Red Dog) (Currently Fleet Admiral)
Aokiji (Blue Pheasant) (Resigned)
Kizaru (Yellow Monkey)
Fujitora (Wisteria Tiger)
Ryoukugyu (Green Bull)

Now the question is : What is Ryokugyu Powers (Devil Fruit) and how his personalty, figure would be ?

Ryokugyu could be a Zoan, just for the sake of having three admirals with three different types of DF powers (Kizaru is a Logia and Fujitora is a Paramecia). If not, his power can be related to something green, like manipulating the earth, ground, etc.

I don't really know what to expect about his personality, but we can try predicting what Japanese actor his appearance will be based on.

Since Kizaru and Fujitora got some impressiv Physics based Logias i hope Ryo get one too in order to fit the new admiraltheme.

Highly likely a new Chara as he was drafted via a fighting contest for the position as Admiral. Possibly not a preskip marine either.

Female Admiral would be great but who could do that? Maybe the one japanese Actress that Tarantino inspired for his Kill Bill movies.
