| Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai just has some scenes where it shows that two of the characters suffer from agoraphobia, it doesn't really go deep into it in any way. I wouldn't recommend watching it if you're interested in that kind of thing. |
| Chaos;Head - Well for the first few episodes at least, the mc is a shut in delusional otaku, who is pretty mentally deranged and has extreme cases of paranoia.
