| A very well known one is probably Haru wo Daiteita , personally I don't like it at all, it's a melodramatic soap opera with a lot of pointless angst, but if that's your thing... go for it. For me, some of what I like is: 50 x 50 is funny Mirai no Kioku and its sequel Kaze no Yukue is also very charming, i really loved the grandparents. Shisei no Otoko has an interesting twist at the end I also like because it doesn't shows rape and violence as a good thing. Udagawachou de Mattete yo. is a somewhat charming story about a guy falling for a cross-dresser and how they both resolve it. Saezuru Tori wa Habatakanai about masochistic yakuza and an impotent underling, the author has a knack for writing interesting characters. Acid Town has an interesting story, again doesn't shows rape and violence as a good thing. Endless World has some very trippy parts. |
