| Can someone explain to me what exactly is going on at the start of the episode, with all that Willis stuff? AFAIK from reading the other episode 5 threads, that is meant to be Alucards guns spirit or something? Why is he so lame? What's with the rest of the parody stuff? Is Alucard having a dream or something? What's it actually got to do with the rest of the episode? Is that why Alucard is missing from the episode, because he's dreaming about his gun Willis and stuck in this dream dimension or something? LoL. It doesn't seem to fit in with the pwnage feel of the episode at all and seems totally out of place and unwarranted. This is meant to be Hellsing, not Gintama! Leave the stupid lame humor and time wasting filler material to Seras Victoria or something.. -_- If not, then where is Alucard exactly, and why is he not protecting Sir Integra? So trippy and confusing, and dare i say it, unnecessary and not funny in the slightest. Just lame and a waste of time. |

| It's mostly poking fun at Bruce Willis and his movies - I can't remember about that particular scene, but there was a good bit of that sort of goofy humor stuff in the manga. As you might remember from the prior episode, Alucard was lured onto an aircraft carrier and killed Rip Van Winkle there. Vampires and water don't mix very well, so he's kinda stuck off there in the ocean while all the action in London and around is taking place. |
