| I had expected something a lot more similar to the original. I like that the main focus is on the new characters, but I just can't like them! And this whole setting about kids riding the planes (which I just cant remember the name of right now) is just riddiculus. It wasn't like this in the original? The original had some feeling, this is shit. Still watching it though in the hopes of it getting a HUGE lift :p |

| So far its been a great show in my eyes, sure your not gonna get the same feeling. Its a different anime with different characters. Even so, recently the anime has gotten more interesting due to recent developments. |

Renton annoyed me to the point where I thought about dropping E7 at times (aka. the Naruto Effect) but I decided to stick with it and it got better. I find Ao to be pretty likable. He isn't annoying, he isn't a jerk, he isn't stupid, and he isn't useless...so I guess he avoided four cardinal sins of an anime protagonist. lol |

I admit the pacing of the first 10 episodes were slow, but it was building it up for this point of the plot right now. It's the same like Steins;Gate with its pacing. | I liked it and after the recent episodes I am liking it even more. Love, well, that's not a feeling that I have right now but if it continues with the pacing they started in the recent episodes and explain everything then this might become a favorite. Bones, besides Renton also make Holland, Talho and the crew of the Gekkostate appear. |
| Don't really like it. The characters (excluding Ao and Fleur) and 100% more annoying. Story tries too hard at times to be mysterious which doesn't really work well considering its a sequel. |
| i dont hate it but i miss some of the elements that make the first one great like lifting and Gekko State crew, holland and the rest of the crew and the feeling of freedom they had not all this military stuff |

| I'm enjoying it but only as a fan of Eureka Seven. E7A has nice OST so far, but E7 was still superior. The quality of E7A, as in art quality, has been degrading the past couple episodes which is kinda killing the vibe. So... much... derp face. |

| I love basically everything about the show (one big exception is new OP), but I thik there's more love in Gurren Lagann than in Astral Ocean. What I liked most on Eureka seveN was the romance part and I really miss it now in Astral Ocean. |

| i love it. However i notice that it doesnt feel the same way as the Original. Most likely due to lack of Romance that the original clearly had on almost every episode. This series IMO is almost just as good as the original just without as much romance and more dramatic |
