well i was wondering what the database moderators think is the line between shoujo and josei.
two josei examples from wikipedia: Nodame Cantabile and Honey and Clover are shoujo on MAL. there are probably more examples, but these are very well known.

i say this because im liking the more adult relationships in nodame at the moment and i think i will in general like reading josei much more than shoujo.

It's hard to define between the two genres. They are different but not so much there is a clear line. Most of titles are user submitted so it's often left up to the user to pick genres. I changed both of the titles you listed to josei because I agree with that. If you think there is anything else in the database with the wrong genre then please share.

Technically, the distinction should be based on the magazine that the series originally ran in in Japan. Not everything works that simply, of course, but it's a good guideline.
