They haven't gotten any stronger since the beginning of the arc, where they both got owned by Dr. Gero. He got owned by the new Androids, and they got owned by Cell. Since then Cell has powered up even higher. Why would they bother to train at this point? :P |

| Roshi's world tournament recap might not have been appreciated by the Z Fighters, but I definitely enjoyed it. Cell can be so polite when he's flying through the floors of a TV Studio. I wouldn't be surprised if he got that from Frieza. |
