DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I loved how Yamato appeared in the radar as a battleship silhouette approaching a circle (Pluto). And the way it crashes into the sea, acting like a ship again thereafter. It's the whole attitude "screw physics, in animation we can make anything happen" without the need to justify the improbable with technobabble. |

| I was wondering how they would show that the Reflective Satellite Cannon was stronger than the Wave Motion Gun, apparently there isn't a need to show it since that statement is false, Shultz must have underestimated the Yamato's power. |

| Interesting concept for a weapon. But those satellites cannot be ordinary mirrors as the energy beam would destroy them. It must be some kind of forcefield that reflects it. It's obvious that Yamato is still there as otherwise it would be the end of the series :-P |
