| Finally, non-moe realistic slice-of-life comedy show. This is instant plus factor that I waited for so long. This was why I had anticipation on this title, and it certainly delivered it. What I'm surprised about is its production value. It's just totally different from Arakawa or Bakemonogatari. There were a lot of animations unlike other SHAFT shows aired recently. I'm glad that they picked up with their quality management. Aoi Yuuki's voice was another win. OP song itself was favourite of this season, and ED was pleasantly enjoyable. |

| Very funny show, and with Omigawa Chiaki ( Soul Eater's Maka ) voicing fits her totally. I also like the OP animation and the animation in general, very SHAFT-like. I had my doubts at first though, without knowing it's them who are animating it.   Those won't be enough for me to buy the DVDs though. |

| There are some subs out, but they are pretty engrishy. Even with that though, I liked it quite a lot. I was surprised that I liked Arashiyama's voice as much as I did. From the previews I thought it might be annoying, but it fits her character really well. Hopefully some decent subs come out sooner rather than later, but it was a good start for the show. |
| watched it with some pretty bad subs, but i guess at this point beggars cant be choosers. this could be good, watching with better subs it might help, but i think my real problem is IMO Arashiyama's seiyuu is a rare Jap dub miscast. I just dont picture Maka/P-Ko's voice when i look at that character(not sure what i was expecting). maybe i'll get used to it... This reminds me of Natsu no Arashi so im optimistic that this will grow on me. |

| I disliked pretty much everything about it. Annoying characters, some non-fitting voices, fail attempts at comedy, and bad OP/ED songs. The pace was fine, and animation was surprisingly good for shaft, but they don't make up for the rest of the crap dished up. Starting at 3/10. |
| Awesome stuff. Awesome voices, Omigawa is totally kickass and is probably going to become on of my favorite seiyuu after this show. Also, the blonde girl's voice from the ED...totally sexy. Can't wait for her to appear in the show. Music, sound, artwork...all superb. Not to mention it's fun. Overall, it looks like the gem of this less than average season indeed. |
| I absolutely loved the OP and the ED. The visuals for the OP make it really fun! The visuals for the ED are quite cool too. The episode is only okay to me. I read the first volume of the manga and I felt that the pacing of the anime is a bit forced. I think it will grow on me though. Omigawa Chiaki's voice is a little annoying to me >.<. Yuuki Aoi as Tatsuno, on the other hand, was excellent. And Sakurai Takahiro as the the head maid surprised me. (WTF a guy voicing a granny!) Shinbou Akiyuki's eye shots and scenery cuts return! Lol. |

GAWD, I LOVE THIS!!! =D Yeah, sure, it had quite some cliche ideas spurting up, and Arashiyama's voice is annoying when it goes nasal (I'd imagined a soft, mellow voice, like the OP singer's), but gosh, I totally love the fast-paced moments, number of heightening situations, and the expressions. The characters are realistic, not all hot and pretty looking, which, though makes you cringe, it totally adds to the entertainment and development value. And gosh, the ART and ANIMATION is AMAZING! I totally LOVE the angles and details. Heeee!!! I am SO glad I'm watching this! I just hope it keeps up with a solid plot. |

| It didn't appeal to me that much for some reason, so I'll blame the bad subs. When something better comes out, I'll rewatch it. Great opening and ending though. It's not that I don't like the voice (when it fits, it really does and a very big plus is that it's "iconic" or whatever you want to call it), but it doesn't really work out well in this show. It becomes very irritating when she's trying to sound energetic, which probably will be quite often in Soredemo Machi. Sadly, it becomes a pain to listen to her. She's great, but not in this role. |

| Well this was surprisingly not awful. Apparently Shinbo is so busy right now that he couldn't bother to detract from the scrappy underdog appeal this show has by over-directing it to death and making it as bad as almost everything else that has been made by SHAFT in the last couple years. I fully expect the mediocre animation quality to fall to the typical slideshow levels and the premise to wear thin incredibly quickly though, so I'm undecided if I even want to stick around for that or not. |

| Very strange show, the humor is pretty much hit or miss. Kinda surprised not to hear Kamiya Hiroshi voicing the male lead. And SHAFT really shouldn't use CG. The ED was kinda fun, but the instruments looked pretty bad. Even worse was the scene in class where the camera was zooming in, the chairs and tables moved faster than the floor, looking very odd. | It was extremely funny and well directed as always by Shinbou. Pretty much like the new Natsu no Arashi (actually, even the name of the main characters is the same) of the season. Count me in for a good laugh. |
