I didn't write this but, I found a post about the possible meaning of the song when I had the same question after seeing the movie in October.
In the song "Jane" is supposed to represent Denji. It's suggested that it's supposed to be a summary of the Reze arc.
This is a Japanese translation I found:
> ジェーンとデートの日だ、準備はできた/ **It's the day of the date with Jane, the preparations are ready.**
> 朝は一緒に教会に行こう/ **In the morning let's go together to the church**
> カフェでコーヒーを飲んでオムレツを食べよう 公園を散歩したあとは/ **Let's drink coffee and eat omelettes at the cafe after taking a walk at the park**
> 水族館に行って、ジェーンのお気に入りのイルカやペンギンを見よう/ **Let's go to the aquarium and see the dolphins and penguins that Jane loves**
> 昼飯のあとは少し休もう/ **Let's take a break after lunch**
> それで、僕らは今朝何をした？/ **So, what did we do this morning?**
> 思い出すまでそのことを語り合おう/ **Let's go over it until we can remember**

- Preparations for the date with Jane = Preparations for the honey trap mission
- Going to the church *in the morning* = start of the mission
- Going to the aquarium = school where Reze taught Denji to swim, Denji also mentions he wants to go to school
- Take a break after lunch = 昼飯/noon meal, noon is middle of the mission and Reze decides to put it on pause to enjoy her time with Denji(when they went to the festival)
- What did we do? Let's remember = remembering her mission and resuming it
- We can't remember = Reze made a BS excuse and lets Denji go after seeing that Denji spared her and has real feelings for her
- Go to sleep at the church = Reze abandons mission and decides to run away with Denji but is killed. Church = place of prayer=wishes, sleep = dying

| That's for you to figure out. That's how Fujimoto writes. He gives you just enough information that you have a clear picture of a character but not to the point you can't theorise what specific moments meant. Reze's song is up for interpretation and I have seen a lot of interpretations on the internet. |
