| The only one I know of for sure is Sumino Ichikawa's Sister from No. 1 Sentai Gozyuger in the episode based around this subculture, it's the first time I saw the term (thank you Over-Time). Before she transformed into a super boring and annoying Shinkenger tribute. There might be other cases like the lady with an eyepatch in Gothic Lolita Psycho and Queen and Elizabeth in Kamen Rider W, but I had no idea before watching the episode I'm referring to. |
