As an example, I was totally shitting on "Chainsaw man" when one of my friends actually went out and bought that shit for the Steelbook edition of the series at a Wal-Mart recently. lol It was payback, really. This friend had been mocking me for paying an inflated price for an unopened copy of the "Agent AIKa" remastered edition “again”, just because one of the discs was missing from my original set. He said shit like... “Dude, you’ve got this on Japanese Laserdiscs, the Lace in Space VHS copy, the original Central Park Media DVDs, etc… do you really need to own animated panty shots remastered that badly just because one disc is missing?”. lol But it was pretty typical, they never liked "Agent Aika" and always called it low bar 90s garbage. lol He also made fun of the fact that I bought an unopened copy just to eventually open it up, saying I should have just gotten a used copy, even though at the time, no one was selling used copies anyway. lol |

| Who hates it normally? Sure. Generally people of this kind are willing to admit that it's just not their cup of tea, and not necessarily "dogshit". Who constantly dunks on it disrespectfully? Probably not. These kind of people tend to generalize their statements as if they're facts instead of opinion which can indirectly mean that they think the people who love anime hated by them have "shit taste". |
