It means many acenes are being replaced in the rebroadcast run.

We have heard of BR version changing scenes, but here they are re-running it on TV and it will have many changes in it. most likely CGI fights will be minimized or they'll add new scenes.

We can probably expect some pretty big changes too considering this was announced to be in progress since around late 2021 after the anime aired, and then released in commeration for the manga's 10th anniversary.

@Ronninn True the anime failed horribly the first time it aired. I think this is more likely done to commomerate the manga's 10th anniversary this year, and the manga is doing reasonably well in Japan with the 28th volume coming out this July.

@Alexaroo There's unfortunately been no chapters from ComiKey for Battle Game since early 2024, but we still have a group that's fantranslating chapters!
