| 🙏 Just made a tragic mistake that will cost me an hour of sleep. Will spray paint the thing at 2 AM at this rythm 😭 Edit: spray-painted and 99% done 🫡 Just gotta drill some holes tomorrow because being blind sucks. The moment of panic when I was done with glueing shit so I opened my can of paint and IT DIDN'T HAVE THE SPRAYING BIT 💀💀💀 cool joke from the local store. It was a generic one tho, and I had one on a can of glue. |

| Mistakes were made, lessons were learnt. Practicality was sacrificed SO BAD that I almost couldn't do anything... until an adorable little angel dressed as a Disney princess asked me if I could see something, and started guiding me around by the hand 😭 She was so sweet, and totally saved my day. Whoever raised her is the GOAT. Cosplayers in general were cool, and I don't think anybody recognized Ramiel (it wasn't an anime con but a geek con in general, lots of marvel characters and stuff), but the sheer lack of practicality of my costume definitely got people to talk to me lmao. Sadly the con was like, 95% commercial stands, so I ate a bit, watched the cosplay competition, had fun with 3-4 people on my way to the scene, voted, then left. Still a nice conclusion to an absolutely unplanned and funny 24h of making the most memeastic cosplay I could think of. |

| @Deathko Oh not bad. If you do it again make it bigger so your arms are covered because it would just look way funnier and more accurate. I'm sure there are tutorials you can follow like ones on how to make infinity mirror cubes or something would help you figure how to cut the acrylic and adhere the film smoothly. It might actually look pretty cool but youd have to remember to figure a way to round the corners a little before adhering so you dont cut someone on a hard edge. Practice with a scaled down prototype. |

@traed Yeah, full body Ramiel is peak cosplay. This random online pic is hilarious. Poor girl can't see shit and can't fit anywhere so Misato and Ritsuko have to pull her by the hand... Full body ramiel tends to use some kind of film rather than solid stuff tho, because finding acrylic panels of this size is probably hell. Hell, both are tempting. A simple solid, transparent acrylic helm would probably be awesome and convenient. |

@KittenCuddler I think I bonked three persons in one minute, then decided to take it off until cosplay time lmao. That con kinda sucked tbh, it was ultra cramped because they stuffed as many commercial stands as they could. I remember going to other cons where it was like, 50% fun associative stands and 50% commercial crap. Also, 5 different videogame stands, and almost no fighting games! WTF goes to a con to play Minecraft? >.>

@ssvmdh hahaha it's not pyramid head, it's best girl ramiel. The lil' girl is just some innocent soul who helped me because I was blind af and basically immobile lol.
