 The Witch Watch Super Blue Stage at Jump Festa 2025 revealed additional cast and a promotional video on Saturday. The anime is scheduled to broadcast in two consecutive cours starting in April 2025 at 5:00 p.m. on MBS and TBS' 28 broadcast stations.Cast Yuri Makuwa: Mikako Komatsu (Jujutsu Kaisen) Kara Minami: Rie Takahashi (Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo!) Kukumi Ureshino: Konomi Kohara (Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai) Tenryu Kiyomiya: Yoshitsugu Matsuoka (Shokugeki no Souma) Hiroshi Ikehata (Tonikaku Kawaii) is helming the anime at Bibury Animation Studios. Deko Akao (Komi-san wa, Comyushou desu.) is handling the series composition and Haruko Iizuka (Horimiya) is designing the characters. Yukari Hashimoto (Maoujou de Oyasumi) is composing the music. The anime adapts Kenta Shinohara's supernatural comedy manga, which began in Weekly Shounen Jump in February 2021. Shueisha published the 19th volume on November 1, with the 20th going on sale on January 4, 2025. VIZ Media simulpublishes the manga in English on its Shounen Jump website and released the 12th volume digitally on November 26. | Really hope this does well, the manga isnt the most consistent but when its funny its really funny. You can really see how the author was a assistant to gintama when its in its stride and also when he blatantly stops the series to bring it up mid chapter. I also hope it does well cause i dont want an adaption not being successful to speed up the manga ending cause its never been that well a performer and probably needs a boost from this to casually continue like it does. |

| @JizzyHitler This is some kind of injustice. A dude with two wildly successful and critically acclaimed manga/anime has to worry about the success of his third work while authors with much worse writing and work ethic get much more credit. |
