| I'm a big fan of in-anime anime parodies, that Kyuthi OP was cute, loved Puniru's dragon design, she looked so cute with that red dress and the band scene made me laugh out loud, the new Gyaru characters have lovely designs. This episode Punirus were Cool Puniru, Chinese Dragon Puniru, Band Member Puniru, Guitar Puniru, Kotaro Puniru, Kotaro Puniru (cool ver) and Uzumaki (Puniru ver). |

| Double OP this week! Double the fun too. I was very shocked to see Kotaro confess to Kirara holy shit. Thought Puniru would tease him and we’d get the classic misunderstanding/didn’t hear gimmick. But nope, she’s just gay af/mommycon for Puniru. The idea of normal male female romance probably never crossed her mind. But if he keeps it up with the daily confessions she might just see how cool he is one day. On the bright side, who needs Kirara when you got puniru! Also love the “English lyrics are cool” joke because that’s genuinely how English is seen in Japan which is why you’ll see a lot of brands and stores have random English mottos or taglines lol. |

Ooft, I kinda thought that Kirara just misunderstood the confession not realizing the degree of "like/daisuki" even though the context is clear what he meant but he did take it as an actual rejection so I guess it was lol Ouch. | To start the episode with quite the Kyuthi-chan parody of an OP, it's all good for Kotaro, but it's not enough if he wants to win Kirara's heart. And trying to apply hair wax in the process, and Puniru transforming into a gal, it's quite the dilemma for the boy, but eventually he gets it. However, the cool point of Yusuke being his apron that's part of his dragon otakudom, and Kotaro needing her to transform into one, she's cool and all, but Yusuke and Kotaro being in their dragon outfit...it sure doesn't work at all. And what better way to entice Kirara, is through forming a band, and Kotaro would try hard to find people, thought their "talents" sure don't fit the role of one. And what a heck of a band it is, that it still fails either way. The 3rd time's the charm, though Puniru taking things too far by pushing Kotaro to confess to Kirara, and the friendzone sure got him bad lol. And try with all Kotaro's might, that Puniru turning into him, only bears quite the consequence lol. Puniru digging Kotaro's grave even further about how he's a loser even before all of this happened, was quite the hilarious feat, and the loser turns to quite the confession romanticist, man, Kotaro doesn't know when to stop lol. At least some of the gals find Kotaro cool for that, so there's that. |
