It's certainly a yuri-ish anime.
It is not a loli anime. The only loli is Nero Alice, and she never gets abused or exposed like the rest.
And your thoughts about censorship are nice and good..... kept locked inside your head.

@JarvisFlick they're probably in middle school considering they're all 14 (exept sister gigante who doesn't have a canon age) but that being easy to miss only proves your point more
