Then good let the series rest or if they gonna make another FLCL project for the love of god please made them properly with proper directors and writers with at least 6 episodes heck even a full 13 episode series or a movie

shoegaze has been kinda cute, but definitely feels like its own separate thing rather than an add-on to the FLCL franchise
in a perfect world after this.. adult swim orders another season of witch hunter robin

The expectation was no more, then we got s2 and 3, and now s4 and s5.

Whether or not we get more seasons doesn’t matter too much, we know what studios are able to do with the rights to the series and we know it isn’t anything like the original and that’s fine.

The new seasons have their own high moments but I’d rather just get an original series rather than piggybacking off of FLCL reputation.

Good. They need to put this series to rest. They’ve been trying so hard to recapture the magic of the first season, with far too little success. If they ever do try to make another, they first need to take a break and think about what made the first series so special to everyone. I’d welcome another take on it if they did that much

Nothing like the original. They tried to do new and better only to screw it up. The supposed CG prologue, welp... What was that for?...

Let the series rest or make a FLCL with new characters but keeping the madness of the original
