What did you think of the live action movie?

The plot order seems to be different at some parts than the anime adaptation, not sure how the plot order in manga is. And apparently the boss cheated on his wife with Ohtori, and she felt betrayed about it. While in the anime, she's a whore for the fat boss. (In the anime, the fat guy who did it with Ohtori and and the guy who scold Akira are the same person iirc, while in the live action, they're 2 different individuals).

I don't mind if the story is kinda different than the anime, I like this movie too.

Of course they have to show story a little bit different from manga or anime so that if you have read manga or watched anime still you can enjoy it. For me, i prefer anime more than live action but still the adaption is good and movie is also good.

it's very common in Japan to adapt manga into live action. it's just the western ones that have had such a spotty history that they give the rest of them a bad rap

They made it more serious for some reason, there's a reason films like Zombieland is good as it is

The anime gives off major Shawn of the Dead and Zombieland vibes.
I haven't updated in years but now I have changed that. I'll be free soon.

In the beginning it was kinda cringe, it didnt as powerful as the anime, there is some scene that arent in the manga, and the worst part
. But toward the middle and the ending, it was really good, it is very inspirational, and i find what made me watch the series again, it is just an amazing show, overall an 8/10, its nowhere near the anime, but it is still amazing!

It was dumb and fun and goofy and kinda sweet.

They mashed together a few arcs to make it a singular narrative and so Shizuka should be in more of it than she would otherwise.

And now they can look for the perfect German porn star to play Bea.

It was actually not so bad, the rating on imdb made me think it's worse than it actually was, the start wasn't as cool of course, but it's live action, it can't have the animation or the direction that an anime can take so I would let it pass, except that they removed two cool truck scenes, how could they do thaaaaat, other than that, I personally liked the MC more in the movie than the anime, in fact, I just haven't had strong emotion towars the anime at all, it just feels a bit off, which the movie didn't so that's a plus

For a live action it actually wasn't too bad, and overall enjoyable, some scenes was unnecessary and super cringe tho, like that Shizuka scene with the megaphones

I was impressed with the shark tho as I was expecting terrible CGI and it actually looked pretty good.

well i saw it and it is pretty decent. I think they did pretty ok with bringing it to life. It didn't cover the entire anime and noo bea is not present :( and sure they changed, tweaked up some scenes and even added some but other than that not to bad i will say and i can tolerate kencho in this, he is normal and tolerable in this for me lol

coming soon

His list became too exact. "Drink with flight stewardesses?" lol
Also in the original you hear the stewardesses' ambitions and why they went into the path and their regrets. In this one both of them want Kenchi's kencock. The bite is better hidden than on someone's hand in the anime.

If you're going to change stuff, make it better. The anime is about regrets and frustrations with work culture. Talk about the regrets she has becoming a stewardess.
Shizuka is trained from a young age to be able to survive in any conditions. She is taught not to trust, she would do a visual inspection on everyone for bite marks.
Akira's list is not exact. The point is it's close enough to the things he crosses off. Go on a date with a stewardess. He gets to talk to her and learn about her life before zombocalypse.
