| Kurama lost in the eyes of the rules, but in essence he won. His opponent died and lived. Though now the others have to assure certain victory! Bui is fucking badass! This is giving me this vibe! |

| Hiei and his cool attitude on the frond. Awesome staff. And lol at hearing the stadium getting blown up. Until now those guys at the stand had fire, balls of energy, super punches, huge rocks landing on the again and again, super ghost serpents and even an axe in this episode. Seriously buying a ticket to that event is almost more dangerous than competing in it. Those tickets should be coming with a life insurance, lol. |

| That countdown was absurd. But at least Kurama is alive and he did a very great job. He indeed lost the match but he won the fight. And what a very deadly tournament. Many audiences had died already watching it. It's watching with your life on stake. |

| Hiei's fight looks awesome so far. I really like Bui's fighting style. No bullshit, just straight up assault. Judging from the fighters left, I'm guessing Kuwabara is gonna go up against the smaller Toguro brother. No idea how he could have a remote chance in hell of winning that since he was confirmed to be stronger than both Karasu and Bui |
| Talk about uninteresting characters. The entirety of Team Toguro is lacking in personality. Hiei's fight dragging on is to be expected I suppose. |

| I don't understand the count. Kurama had his shoulders off the ground before the 10 count. It seems pretty weird to me that you would need to literally stand up, but I guess those are the rules. I would assume it's just a purposely unfair ruling, but then they showed a replay of it. I still think contestants earlier had the count stopped when they lifted their shoulders off the ground. I guess that's the point. |
| Nah that lady referee just cheated, she didn't count anything VTR is rigged too :P Kurama stood up.. kinda, at least that's not "down" But that's pretty solid for plot, so Yusuke can fight Toguro later Aww but Koenma's lackey is right.. Should take chances whenever they put the guard down, like removing armors |

| one of the best fight scenes thus far. the opening battle sequence was intense, well animated and directed. Starting to think that the creators like Hiei's fights because they always seem higher quality than the rest. It was the same when he used his dark flame for the first time. Anyways not a fan of the constant powerups midfight neither from our team our villains. I wanna see more strategic and more raw fighting skills and more dependence on skills like speed etc. This fight is just ok so Hiei is incredibly strong and just overwhelms Bui by a large margin. Lets give him a powerup so he can keep up and make Hiei struggle again. |

XD So it is Hiei vs Bui, it really seemed like it was gonna be Kuwabar vs Bui and Hiei vs Elder Toguro, but whatever. | God that ruling was bullshit. Kurama was technically up by the time the announcer had gotten to ten and where did it say in the rules that he NEEDS to be standing up fully in order to count that he's up? What a joke, Kurama should've won that fight! All that effort just to be told you lose and he had to turn into Yoko Kurama just to be within a fighting chance of Karasu. Oh well at least Kurama is still alive. Hiei's fight on the other hand? Looking pretty good as per usual with him. Bui's pretty badass as well. Really looking forward to seeing what Hiei is in store next. |
| Right, the rules that only appear to try to ruin the protagonists chances and nothing else, I've already forgot what was the point of this annoying tournament. Hiei's fight started good, then it turned into some saiyajin-thing, let see how it goes down; I also got reminded of Rock Lee and Sasuke with how their power-up got presented. |

| What a bullshit ruling. Since when is it considered “down” when you’re getting up and aren’t on your chest/back anymore? They stopped counting in the exact same situation multiple times. The complete randomness and inconsistency of these rules is getting annoying. |
