What's the difference between the ONA and the Movie? Which is better?

movie = all OVAs + a few scenes added connecting them + an extra scene at the end

You won't miss anything if you skip the ONA, movie version is the way to go.

Im gonna catch the ONA since its on CR. Id be down to watching the movie if someone streamed it.
