| Not really sure about the result, Gary looked stronger in the past, have more powerful pokemons, maybe Ash just won because he is the protagonist, but okay, let's see the next battle. It was surely not the best battle, almost all pokemons just lose with one attack or two, different from most battles they've shown us, they are rushing it, the only real fierce round was the last. |

For me Charizard vs Magmar was the best one so far but it was a cool fight for sure. All that lead up of having a rival and finally seeing Blastoise vs Charizard. (2 starter Pokemon) |
