Here is what I am looking for:

1. I want the anime to be fun to watch. (I prefer action but it doesn't have to be)

2. I want it to have a nice amount of characters like n Durarara, Bleach, One Piece, Naruto, Baccano, ect.

3. I want the art to be modern because I DONT like old art.

4. I want it to have a nice story and some emotional moments to keep me interested.

5. (Again) I want it to be a lot of fun to watch. I don't like anime where the story is just talk, talk, and more talk.

6.(Again) I will like it to have a decent amount of characters. I find it better for an anime to have a lot of characters to show. It makes it a better experience for me.

THANK YOU ALL IN ADVANCE!!!

Fairy Tail pretty much meets everything you want, there are a lot of emotional moments, a lot of action, and the characters are the whole guild plus the people there usually fighting. It does set around a few characters but all the supporting characters usually get at least an episode dedicated to them.

Break Blade (this has quite a few characters in it, it's a series of movies)

Shangri la (this has a lot of characters)

Terra E...

I always feel like there's some level of communication that's going to happen with a larger amount of characters so you know what's going on and a little of their backstory. However, I don't feel like these anime have characters that overly discuss things too much.)

I can't believe Baccano! hasn't been mentioned yet! Loads of action, tons of interesting characters, good art, good animation, good music, cool storytelling and plot... and the funniest comedic couple of all time!

And if you like dubs, it's got the best dub ever, too.

Danganronpa: Kibou no Gakuen to Zetsubou no Koukousei - The Animation

uhhh, Bakemonogatari has an extremely low number of characters. Seitokai no Ichizon is the only one I can think of off hand that actually has less. It is also one where the story is talk, talk, and more talk.
A great series, but a terrible rec for this thread.

Danganronpa falls into a similar trap in that they put a lot of focus on the trials which means, yes, a lot of just talking.

A look at the examples also shows a tendency toward interwoven plot lines, and he seems more interested in ones where there are multiple leads rather than ones that just have a large number of recurring, speaking roles.
Danganronpa would therefore not be that good a choice based on how quickly characters get killed off, and how little development and screen time many get.
Mirai Nikki and Sakurasou No Pet Na kanojo would be more borderline, but possibly acceptable.
While I wouldn't quite recommend it as it's not all that good (too many random snippets that went nowhere), Oretachi ni Tsubasa wa Nai comes to a mind as an example.

Maoyuu Maou Yuusha also fits most of the requirements, but falls on the talking part since it's still heavily invested in politics and economics (it does pick up towards the end though).

Guilty Crown and Kakumeiki Valvrave both have a lot going on, but I'm not a fan of where Guilty Crown went for the second half, and the jury's still out on Valvrave until the second season.

Last Exile (both of them), Densetsu no Yuusha no Densetsu, Vandread, and the Super Robot Wars titles also all follow most of the requested features but fall short in some areas.

The only one I can think of that definitely meets all the criteria would be http://myanimelist.net/anime/67/Basilisk:_Kouga_Ninpou_Chou - the length allows it to give at least some screen time to cover every character on both sides (20 total), and many get fleshed out quite well. Several romances are prevalent to provide some emotion, and there is a great deal of action (it's a war between two ninja clans after all).

It hasn't been mentioned because the OP says he's already seen it. In fact, he gives it as an example of what he's looking for. I'm surprised you didn't catch that :P

Fate/Zero. Also episode one is basically just talk, talk, and more talk for 40 minutes, yet you should stick with it, by the end of episode 3 shit will hit the fan and then episode 4 will blow your mind with awesome action.
Hellsing Ultimate also fits I believe.

Sengoku Basara, is the one I'd recommend for this one.

Other shows that also has lots of character:
Kyou kara Maou! (fun, but lots of talk)
Utawarerumono (I don't think you'll like the art style)
Juuni Kokuki (more into political stuff, talks)
Soul Hunter (comedy, old artstyle)
Rurouni Kenshin (old artstyle)
The most important things in life is the people that you care about

Seconding. Baccano is a bullseye for what you are looking for. It's fast paced so you won't easily get bored. The cast is immense. It has a great mixture of hilarity and serious moments non-stop.

Ignore the rest of these recommendations until you watch baccano. Its from the same people that did Drrrrr!

Don't really know if this is a troll post or not, but Bakemono is known to have very low amount of characters and focusing on them only.

Tried Gintama or Kuroko no Basket?
