Okay, so how did her parents know the number to call for when she went on the trip? She didn't ask them in the first place. [Insert how Hodaka said for her to ask her parents even though she said she's 20 years old and in college.] What was she thinking her parents were going to do when she goes away for 3 days without telling them? MC love interest Hodaka was right--"I could be arrested for kidnapping!". I thought he had some common sense but continued the relationship with said 14 year old girl. That's over a 10 year age difference between them. Jesus, and here I thought Sailor Moon's age difference between Usagi and Mamoru was large.

kind of creepy (wot with age difference), but overall a fun bit of fluff to watch - takes me back to a simpler time............7 o' 10

I liked when she said that friends don’t act like that... modern female leads need to learn from her…

I really enjoyed this nice anime to wash off the stink of the last thing I watched. Also, I agree with the 7/10. To be honest, though I have found it creepy in other animes, the way it's presented here I didn't find the age difference that creepy. In other it really did just feel like some perv creeping on some young girl and then they fall in love some how, here it felt like he actually fell in lover with her.

I agree with the problems you stated because I thought of them while watching, but despite the obvious plot holes, the whole relationship felt so organic to me so I ended up loving it.

This was alright. I'm not a fan of age gap relationships typically, but it was handled rather well here. Kotobuki did, after all, lie about her age, although I believe that Hodaka saw right through that, especially when he asked her to "get parental permission" to go to the beach.

It’s time to ditch the text file.
