funny anime like school rumble?

im looking for an anime as funny as or funnier than School Rumble, it would be great if it were in English, im a slow reader.

ps. does anyone know if the manga for school rumble continues past the amine? i want to know if harima ever tell tenma the he loves her.

The ones in bold have a pretty similar type of humor as School Rumble, but you'd probably enjoy all/most of them. Gintama and Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou were actually done by the same director I think.

I don't really know which of them have an english dub, but you should definitely check out
Nichijou, it's hilarious!
Also check out Azumanga daioh
Other than that, how about Gintama, or Fullmetal Panic

honey and clover season 1 (season 2 has a more serious tone)
hayate no gotoku ( prefer the manga to the anime)
