| If you check here it looks like there's 4 chapters per volume: link removed Chapter 36 was the finally chapter of volume 9.So we have 3 volumes left so that means we have 12 chapter left till Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun ends. Finally I have a reason to start this manga,it been on my list for a while. Mod Edit: No links to copyrighted material. |

| As someone commented on the discussion thread for that ANN post, it's actually not stated clearly that the manga will be ending. The preview at the end of the 11th volume says 'climax', but that doesn't necessarily mean the end. |
| Chapter 45 is in Dessert May 2013 after Tonari took a few worrying months off. Great chapter, won't spoil it here and will be the first chapter in volume 12. |

| Damn, I was wrong. Like Medaka Box it seems climax does mean the end in Japanese manga. Just three more chapters then, April, May, June to 48. |

Only two left now in Japanese anyways. I just read 46 in Dessert. 47 is out next month and unless there is a month off on 48 then it will be done the month after. I can post a 46 summary if people are interested; for the 3rd last chapter I must say not a lot happened, was expecting more to be honest! |

| And now... not really ending, the Bangaihen chapters are being released as volume 13. Comes out January 10th. |
