| People are rarely mean for no reason. The wife pisses you off and chances are you are not going to be nice to anyone at the office. You are late for school and chances are you might not be the most friendly when you find out you are also late for a test. You have a splitting head ache and chances are you are not interested in someone not noticing and asking you to do something they could have done themselves. You just lost your job, and it's likely you are not in a very generous mood. Just had some dick slam on the brakes in front of you and rear ending him is unlikely to make you very friendly. I am not mean by nature, but I can be entirely nasty some days simply because the day is sucking. I'm rarely hard to be around when the day is sunny and pleasant, and I have cash in my pocket, nothing needing it, and there is no where I have to be, and no work that needs to be done. |

I was kind of a cry baby in elementary school, and would tell my parents every little thing they said. My parents would always tell me, "Unless my brothers actually hurt me, ignore it. And get a thicker skin." I think that is great advice. If somebody on the internet says something mean to you, ignore it, or get a thicker skin and don't let it bother you. Bullying in real life is serious. But on the internet, it is a fucking joke. |
