| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Genius crime if you can afford to just kill people off. This was a beautiful episode, very sentimental at the end. Shinichi told her his real name, I think it was a sign of respect since she was going to die. Can't believe they concluded that as suicide, I guess they can't take Conan's testimony? Maybe it's that he's a kid but he's been helpful in so many cases surely there would be an exception... Next episode is a two hour special. |

| Finally something on the Syndicate, but clearly this is a set up for a bigger arc. They mentioned a little sister, so I get the feeling that the sister will show up. |

| I'm I the only one that felt this case came out of nowhere? It feels like it should've been a two parter with the first part giving us some backstory on how/when Conan met the bank lady, a few other things thrown in there and then ended with the bank robbers escaping. Then the second part would've had the events that occurred after with much better pacing. I appreciate that we're getting back to the Black Organization but that doesn't justify how bad the pacing was this episode : / |
