this episode shows once again, what I think is missing a bit in the whole naruto series: people can change. they do change there minds. everybody dose. I loved the end, and also the conclusion shikamaru came to, fabulouse. the whole arc 197-201 is memorable. to bad its just a filler

He really doesn't like ramen, even if it's Ichiraku's. That's why he always give half of his ramen to Naruto. He just wants to be with Naruto ;_;

So at first, Gennon wanted to destroy the Leaf Village, but then all of a sudden had a change of heart after meeting Naruto??? All because Naruto was the splitting of Gennon's deceased son??? Truthfully sad

Best filler arc for me! The ending was far from what I had predicted and it was so random. I liked how he was trying to spend his last moments whilst thinking of Naruto as his own son.

This could be made into a movie, but I'm glad it is in the series. I just love when the Konoha 11 are working together, all their individual strengths work well together.

Shikamaru is as awesome as always.

It was a really good arc, althought it was a filler, I just did not like the way it ended. Like, somebody meets naruto, boom, they're not a villain anymore
