| Looks like Altus is becoming more and more self-aware. He develops his own personality, gains conscience, judges what is happening around him. I felt bad when he started wondering about the reason of him being born at all. Arkos was bad, but Altus is basically a new person who needs to bear the burden of atrocities commited by Arkos. I wonder what was in that package that Diana received. I guess it will be a magic item meant to protect her from danger (most likely amulet or cape). That'd be a cool birthday present, heh. As for Julian's party, it seems that Zana will stay in it as a new member. Nice. I like her design. She also feels bad for how, despite the circumstances (her brother taken hostage), she accepted the mission to kill the Child of Prophecy. Speaking of those scenes with Julian and his friends, I think one editor forgot to do their job. There was a page with a roughly drawn box that even had a kanji "hako" ("box") written on it. ;D Funny moment. Prolly it's gonna be fixed in the volume release. |
