For me its Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken: Mamono no Kuni no Arukikata.
I liked how we could see the city after the main story.

I instantly think of Martial Master Asumi. It literally ended before what would've been the most important part of the story.
"Molly Ringwald" out right now - check my Linktree!

Definitely Maison Ikkoku, don't think that manga could have ended any better!

PPPPPP

It was understandably axed, as the author wasted too much time on specific arcs. But, if this was in a magainze other than shonen jump, as was given 40-50 more chapters, it had potential to correct its course and be a phenomenal series.

Quintuplets manga ending felt so wrong. Other than that though Kunoichi Tsubaki where society changes in 1 ch. Lol

we can debate which girl should have won
personally, Nakano, Miku or Nakano, Itsuki
should have won, but I don't mind that Yotsuba won
but I do have to say that I really like that it didn't get a harem ending.
I think a harem ending is a cowardly way to end a story

So Komi Naoshi, the author of Nisekoi, had this battle shonen called Double Arts with a really amazing premise: In a world where there's a pandemic disease that's killing everyone, the only ones who can treat the disease are a group of girls called the Sisters, except they don't "cure" it per se, but only transfer the toxin of the disease to themselves, which means they eventually also die from it, and for obvious reasons they can't touch other people since they're highly contagious. Enter Kiri, a guy that for reasons unknown seems to be immune to the disease, and whose touch also has the effect of stopping it in others - as long as his tact keeps joined to theirs. After he saves a Sister named Elraine, who was close to dying, they embark on a journey with a few other companions to find the reason of his immunity and possiby help cure the disease. And since their hands can't separate, they try to master a combat style called Double Arts which is basically fighting in tandem while maintaining touch.

Sadly the series seemed to get axed after three volumes, and it doesn't really have a rush ending nor anything, it is finished on an open note. How a fantastic story I think it could have been if they had made it last at least a few more volumes.

I like Yotsuba. My problem was it felt rushed after he picked the girl then it pulled the it was a dream slop.

I think it is Dear Anemone. Interesting concept and very pretty art sadly didn't attract enough readers and attention in general to end this story in a natural way, without rushing it due to the manga getting axed.

I thought about it and for me was Ayashinmon, it was taken far too soon.
PPPPPP to 'cause it had potential and cool art. They totally rushed the end and got it axed.
There was also Goze Hotaru, Ichinose Family's, Red Hood, and many others.
But lastly and not exactly axed, Act-age.
Shame what happened to it, because of the writer.
At least the artist got a chance and teamed up with Iruma's author to create Madan no Witch.

Does Toriko count? It ran for 43 volumes, but several arcs were skipped and the foreshadowed third saga was cut.
