| @PaperMario The funny thing is, I obviously knew the whole time that he has a Japanese name, but since butlers like this are so common in anime, I did not realize that he does not fit at all. A Japanese man in Britain during this time period? And in the original anime, he is basically just a background character with no real importance. Only now, in this season he shows that he is more than an old man, especially with that katana. That was one of those scenes that make you facepalm and go "Of course!" XD |

| Everybody got a moment to show off their stuff 👏 even the old man got a chop in. I like that, even Mey sniping from up top. It's a nice gesture, even if short lived. They did put themselves in a little pickle with Ciel in the grasp of their foreign super human, although let's be honest if Sebastian weren't distracted he'd mop them all up. Don't know what Ciel's dad's pal is doing there, but hey the season is wrapping up. Coincidences will be explained next episode. |

| One third of the episode is a recap? What is going on Cloverworks? Should this season have been 12 episodes instead of 13?? It's back to the chase, they've split up into 2 parties. Ciel really does have talented servants. Whoever is on his HR team (or him) doing Talent Acquisition deserves a raise. Each and every servant had a chance to shine. Snake He and his friends took care of soldiers and dobermans, I'm sure after this they'll be like Indiana Jones with the I hate snakes thing. Baldroy Wolfram said "that man is only a cook!" But ... dude is better at cooking up grenades than actual food, which he leaves to Sebastian. Handy with the guns too. I'd hire him just for the eye candy and protection, not the cooking unless I needed me some grenades or Molotov cocktails. Whoa, Wolfram really went all out here, even though he's totally disappointed his quarry is Ciel dressed as the Emerald Witch! Here's a tip for you "BANG!" LMAO. Is it me or does he end up cross dressing at least once a season? Finnian Ciel gave him his name based on the Gaelic Hero Fion (Fenian) who was fleet of foot with long locks, like him, after all he can't keep being called Subject 12. It's a bit "posh" for Sebastian but better than sharing the name of the family dog. He's tasked with running the witch away as fast as possible, and his scene was beautiful to watch. Definitely did the right thing letting the fastest runner take care of the real emerald witch! They get to the bottom of the river, and just as the enemy is preparing to fire on them, in comes Mey-rin The red haired maid with "bad" eyesight, sniping them from a distance! YAY! She even got her own fanservice shot, right after she shot like 6 Germans and ejected the round. Did you all catch the blink and you'll miss it pan up shot of her thigh, and the absolute zone between the top of the stockings and the garter belt?? Woo! She's not going to make it in time as Grete has anticipated this move and fires at Finn! Tanaka The chibi Butler goes full samurai, slicing Greta's bulllet in half! EPIC! As he coolly re sheathes his katana he says "Finny, please be on your way. This old man will take over from here." The balls on that man! Oh Wolfram again gets the upper hand dodging Ciel's point blank range shot, oh no! Who's going to come to Ciel's rescue this time? Wait, it's Diedrich, Vincent's best friend. Holy cow, Ciel's dad was super handsome! Ciel says some really annoying things, like commenting on how Diedrich is "Big" (aka Fat) to the point Diedrich retorts "don't use my given name, I'm not your drudge (school time term)." Why are these episodes so short and the recaps so long? ARGH! |

| @cherryisms The anime's translation is more faithful than the manga's. Ciel's dad refers to him with "omae-tachi," which is plural. |

I will never get tired of the servants kicking ass, they're seriously so cool. Also, I'll never get tired of Ciel in a dress lmao
